Summer Day Camps for Boys and Girls
Our 17th Year of Summer Camp Success
With 17 years of experience, our camps continue to improve each summer by combining proven traditions with new ideas. Team NorCal remains the largest lacrosse summer camp provider in Northern California for a reason.
College, HS, and Team NorCal Travel Team Coaches
Our coaching staff includes Team NorCal travel team coaches, returning college players, graduates, skilled high school players, and experienced adult coaches. Beginner campers are taught by instructors who know how to introduce the game with patience and strong fundamentals.
Outstanding Locations
We offer camp locations in MidPeninsula and Palo Alto, featuring turf fields, picnic tables, and bathroom facilities. We place a strong emphasis on creating a fun and welcoming camp environment.
Largest, Most Vibrant Camps in the Bay Area
Our camps average about 80 players, with attendance ranging from 50 to 120 depending on location. That size creates strong energy, a great mix of players, and enough depth at every skill level to make the experience better for everyone.
Separate Boys and Girls Tracks
Boys and girls train on separate fields with dedicated instructors for each game. Girls are led by Colleen Niklaus, and boys are led by Ryan Bolaños, giving campers strong leadership and sport-specific instruction throughout the week.
Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced Level Camp Options
We offer instruction for all ages and skill levels, from complete beginners to experienced players. Beginner camps focus on fundamentals, while Intermediate/Advanced camps provide a more intense training experience for players looking to sharpen and elevate their game.
Half Day, Full Day and Overnight Options
Beginners may choose half-day or full-day camp, while Intermediate/Advanced camp is always full day. We also offer the Bear Valley Overnight Camp, a four-day, three-night camp in the Sierras for advanced players.
Free Loaner Equipment
We provide loaner equipment for beginner boys and girls who need it. Families are welcome to bring their own gear, but we have equipment available to help new players get started.
Camp Jersey
All campers receive a reversible Team NorCal pinnie to use during camp and keep afterward.
Non-Lacrosse Activities
In addition to lacrosse, campers enjoy fun co-ed activities like Capture the Flag, Sharks and Minnows, Lacrosse Baseball, and Olympics. These help campers make friends and keep the camp experience fun and engaging.
