HAVING A BIG IMPACT ON THEIR TEAMS AND IN THE POSTSEASON

It is always an exciting year on the college front for Team NorCal alumni. This year, more than 60 young men from Team NorCal are playing in college lacrosse programs across NCAA Division I, Division II, Division III, and MCLA, representing more than 40 different colleges and universities. Of those players, 17 qualified for postseason play across those levels.

There are many great stories, but here are just a few highlights:

Jack Galbraith, Lafayette College
Jack capped off a strong college career with an impressive honor, being named a USILA Scholar All-American in 2025. A standout two-way midfielder for Team NorCal, Class of 2020, Jack transitioned into a defensive midfield role at Lafayette, where he built an outstanding career competing against some of the top Division I players of his era.

Trevor Douglis, University of Utah
As a freshman, Trevor led the University of Utah MCLA team in scoring this season with 14 goals and 19 assists. Utah finished 9-3, won the Rocky Mountain Lacrosse Conference, and earned a place in the 16-team MCLA National Championship Tournament in Texas. Utah also became the first school to qualify for the MCLA National Tournament while also sponsoring an NCAA lacrosse program. Trevor, a Carlmont High School graduate, continued his strong run in the postseason. In an impressive update, Utah went on to win the MCLA Division II National Championship, with Trevor scoring 8 goals during the tournament.

Chris Wilk, Northeastern
Chris, a graduate of Bellarmine Prep in San Jose, has made a major impact on Northeastern's 13-2 MCLA team in the Continental Lacrosse Conference. He is the team's second-leading scorer with 34 goals and was recently named to the Warrior MCLA Division I Honor Roll after recording two hat tricks against North Carolina State and Temple.

The West Coast Lacrosse League All-Star teams were also announced, and Team NorCal alumni accounted for four of the players selected.

Cole Ramsey, Dominican University
Cole was named a First Team WCLL defenseman and was also honored as Defensive Player of the Year. Cole is a senior and attended Dougherty Valley High School.

Matt Lochman, TCU
Matt led the entire team with 35 goals as a freshman and helped TCU win its division and earn a spot in the MCLA National Championships in May 2022. He was later named Most Valuable Player in the Lone Star Alliance of the MCLA, which covers the South Central region of the country.

The MCLA National Lacrosse Championships begin this weekend. Congratulations to the nine Team NorCal alumni who will be competing for the following programs:

Arizona, Utah, Cal Poly, USC, Texas Christian University, and Boise State
