Our Founder

Team NorCal was founded by Bill Glazier in 2008 with a vision to create more opportunities for players in Northern California to compete in lacrosse year-round and at a higher level. That vision led to the creation of the first and now largest and oldest travel lacrosse program in the region. With deep roots in the sport as a player, founder, and community builder, Bill has helped grow lacrosse across the Bay Area while opening doors for athletes of all levels. His leadership and passion helped shape Team NorCal into a program focused on development, opportunity, and long-term impact.
